Our classes focus on natural movement patterns emphasizing the importance of body alignment and precision. Think yoga meets pilates. Every class is a little different with playful moments of reflection to develop conscious mobility that meets you where you are.
We offer a diverse range of classes, including Baby & Me, Kids Yoga, Active Yoga, Mat Pilates, Restorative Yoga, and The Yoga Tune Up Method™️.

This gentle, restorative practice focuses on deep relaxation and mindfulness, allowing you to reconnect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of grounding. Through supported poses and the use of props, you'll be guided into restorative positions that encourage the body to release tension. Each pose is held for an extended period, allowing you to fully unwind and access a state of deep relaxation.

Join Brain to Belly for yoga for the whole family! Our family yoga class provides a medium for families to unplug and bond in the most playful of ways. Children and their grown-ups will interact through moving, breathing, and connecting. This class is designed for families of all kinds and is geared towards children 2-8 years old, but any age sibling is welcome. All children must be accompanied by a guardian.
