Ghienhel discovered Pilates in 2012, after years of dedicated circuit weight training. While weight training offered great physical results, her mind and body craved something deeper, which she found in Pilates. More than just a workout, Pilates became a way to connect with her body’s strength and resilience on a new level.

Ghienhel strives to help her clients integrate Pilates into their everyday lives. For her, the practice doesn’t end in the studio—it’s where it begins, with movement and breath guiding every part of the day.

Michelle began to bond with the mat on a regular basis 20 years ago, stemming from years of studying various styles of dance, experimenting in Yoga and Pilates, and being an avid runner.

Michelle infuses her classes with a playful yet alignment-focused vinyasa flow, energizing and strengthening from the core outward. She warmly welcomes all practitioners, firmly believing that the balance, energy, and respect cultivated on the mat reflect the mindful practices we should share in our daily lives.

Every time you step onto the mat with Michelle, you’re presented with a fresh opportunity to let go and discover something new about yourself, at your own pace. Her classes encourage greater awareness and self-exploration, inviting you to embrace the journey of growth and transformation. Join Michelle to experience yoga as a joyful practice that nurtures both body and mind.

Caroline’s Journey into Pilates started after years of pushing her body through intense HIIT and cardio classes. While she loved the challenge, she found herself craving something that would build strength without the wear and tear. That’s when Pilates caught her attention.

Caroline is passionate about how Pilates not only transforms the body but also enhances the way we move in everyday life. It’s not just a workout- it’s a way to feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to your body every single day.
