Morgan came to yoga when she was pregnant with her son Carter, 8 year ago. She hated every second of it but somehow the anxiety of being a new mother melted away. For the next 5 years during every challenging phase she returned to this practice. She eventually started a consistent practice and it was life changing. She has healed traumas and self defeating abuse cycles. Also has found the wonders of just being a child again through her love of arm balances and sharing yoga with children. Morgan lives with Epilepsy and recovered from addictions; mental health and additional needs are very close to her heart. In her spare time, Morgan loves being outside with her son and dog, Bella.
"Holding space for others and sharing yoga brings me so much joy. Everything I have experienced from this life and the last, has led me to be a yoga teacher. I view every moment of mindfulness as an opportunity to learn and grow from. This leading me to trusting in something bigger than me, bigger than us. I surrendered . I am truly grateful."
