Our Class Formats

The Yoga Seed offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities.

Our offerings include dynamic practices like Bloom Active Yoga, which energizes and strengthens, Bloom and Breath, a mindfulness-focused practice. We also provide restorative yoga for deep relaxation and specialized options like Baby and Me Yoga, and Yoga Tune Up®, tailored to meet unique need’s and enhance overall well-being.

Active & Gentle Yoga

Join us for our active and gentle yoga classes. These classes welcome practitioners of all levels! In class we will explore a range of poses, from foundational movements to more challenging sequences.

Bloom & Breathe our gentle class is a combination of deep stretching, mobility and breathwork.

Restorative Yoga

This gentle restorative practice focuses on deep relaxation and mindfulness, allowing you to reconnect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of grounding. This class is accessible to all levels and prenatal/postnatal friendly.

Yoga Tune-Up

Yoga Tune Up® (YTU) is a comprehensive biomechanics, movement class built around a therapeutic style of conscious corrective exercise. The format is a unique merging between the worlds of yoga, fitness, pain management, and myofascial self-care.

Baby & Me

Join us for a nurturing Baby & Me Yoga class, where parents and their little ones come together to bond through movement and mindfulness. This session combines gentle yoga postures designed for caregivers to move better and feel better.

Kids Yoga

Join Brain to Belly for yoga for the whole family! Our family yoga class provides a medium for families to unplug and bond in the most playful of ways.

Children and their grown-ups will interact through moving, breathing, and connecting. This class is designed for families of all kinds and is geared towards children 2-8 years old, but any age sibling is welcome.

Mat Pilates

Join us for a revitalizing Pilates Mat class designed to cultivate your core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. In these sessions, we’ll focus on controlled movements and breath to help you build stability and improve posture.
